1. Oil level plug hollow rotary platform: check whether the oil level is qualified; Install the oil level plug.

 

2. Replace the oil; After cooling, the viscosity of the oil makes oil release more difficult. The hollow rotary platform should replace the oil at the operating temperature. Block the power supply to avoid electric shock! Wait for the hollow rotary platform to cool down and stop burning.

 

3. Attention:

Use the same brand new oil; the oil quantity should be the same as the position of the device; check the oil level at the oil level screw plug; tighten the oil level screw plug and the fan; when replacing oil the hollow rotary platform should still keep the temperature; place the oil pan under the oil drain screw plug; open the oil level screw plug, fan and oil drain screw plug; remove all oil levels; install the oil pressure screw plug.

 

4. Check the oil level

Block the power supply to avoid electric shock! Wait for the hollow rotary platform to cool down; remove the oil level plug to see if oil spills; install the oil level screw plug.

 

5. Observe the oil situation

Open the oil plug and take an oil sample; check the viscosity index of the oil; if the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible.
