Overview
The ZSYF series calender special gearbox is a special gearbox matched with the building block calender. This series of gearboxes have the following characteristics:
1. The appearance of the whole machine is beautiful, and the box body is processed on six sides, which can be easily combined with multiple sides to meet the arrangement of various rollers of the multi-roll calender.
2. The gear parameters and box structure are optimized by computer.
3. The gear material is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, which has been carbonized, quenched, and ground. The tooth precision is level 6, and the tooth surface hardness is between 54 and 62HRC. The load-bearing capacity is greatly improved, the volume is reduced, the noise is low, and the transmission is efficient.
4. Equipped with a motor oil pump forced lubrication system, the gear meshing parts and bearings are sufficiently lubricated and reliable.
5. Bearings, oil seals, motor oil pumps and other standard parts are selected from high-quality products from well-known domestic manufacturers, or imported products can be selected according to user needs.
