1. Inspection of the reducer: ①The reliability of the fastening of the fasteners; ②Whether the oil level of the lubricating oil meets the requirements; ③Whether the wiring of the oil supply pump is correct; ④Whether the coupling guard, grounding wire and other protective devices Installed.
2. Trial operation of the reducer: ①After the reducer is installed, it should be tested with no load at the working speed for about 2 hours; ②After 2 hours of operation, it can be step by step at 25%, 50%, 75% load Load the test run until it runs at full load; ③After running for a period of time, check the contact of the tooth surface and whether the fasteners are loose.
3. Lubrication of the reducer: ①The reducer uses heavy-duty industrial gear oil uniformly, and the new oil must be the same brand as the original oil used, and should not mix different types of oils with unused brands; ②The initial operation of the reducer The lubricating oil should be replaced after 400 hours, and the subsequent oil change interval is about 4000 hours; ③Sufficient amount of lubricating oil should be kept in the tank, and the oil filling level should be 1/2 of the oil standard, and check regularly.
