2. Perform full-load operation without running-in or insufficient running-in, or long-term overload operation.
3. The manufacturing or assembling error is too large, which causes the initial contact trace position of the tooth surface to deviate from the contact trace position more or eccentric load.
4. Unreasonable selection of lubricating oil affects the formation of oil film.
2) The main measures to prevent or reduce the occurrence of pitting on the tooth surface are:
1 Improve tooth surface hardness, adopt medium-hard tooth surface or hard tooth surface, and improve the heat treatment process.
